The Maintenance & Reliability Manager provides management for the plant maintenance department and provide production and process support as needed to maintain continuous efficient plant operation.  Responsible for the safe maintenance, installation, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality. Responsible for assigning and coordinating the work of skilled craft workers (e.g., electricians, millwrights, welders) within a plant facility.  Work involves equipment, building, and facilities maintenance. In addition, this position has responsibility for the implementation of proactive maintenance and reliability processes in a manufacturing facility.  Serves as the Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Reliability subject matter expert and performs analysis of reliability data to make equipment improvement decisions, improves asset utilization and ensures PM compliance. This position manages maintenance supervisors, engineers, contractors and reports to the Plant Manager. How you will impact Ingevity: Manage overall maintenance department Manage direct reports including Mechanical Integrity engineer, Mechanical Reliability Engineer, and E&I Reliability Engineer Develop and implement strategy to improve plant reliability Responsible for the scheduling of all maintenance and outage work Supplement onsite resources with outside contractors as needed. Forecast and manage area maintenance budgets. Regularly report on maintenance budgets and other department performance metrics. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP's) for maintenance, including procedures for equipment documentation. Develop and execute training programs for all maintenance personnel. Develop individuals and the organization through mentoring and the use of the performance management process. What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.  However, comparable experience in Maintenance and Reliability Management will be considered in lieu of degree. 5+ years of industrial plant maintenance & engineering management experience required.  Broad understanding of structural, civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering concepts as they relate to plant operations and maintenance. Experience leading reliability initiatives to include PM compliance, Predictive technologies (PdM), RCA/RCFA, asset hierarchy, and overall asset management strategy. Understanding of the craft skills, equipment, tools and technology necessary to support and maintain plant operations. Maintenance budgeting, scheduling, planning and implementation, written and oral communication, ability to use computers and software systems. Experience with SAP for maintenance management is preferred. Prior team leadership and development experience is required. Strong awareness of safety and ability to prioritize safety in all tasks. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
